This trullo is situated in Martina Franca’s territory in Contrada Grassitello, in a quiet location on the way to Noci. The property is approximately 5 Km. from Martina Franca’s centre and it is easily reachable by a main road and a short private road. The property is in need of total renovation. The structure of the trullo is entirely made of stone and it is built according to the local tradition. The building consists of a main large room roofed with 1 cone and a second coned room, not yet connected to the main building . The original stone floor and old fire place are still present. It is possible to build an extension of 25 sqm (or larger), which can provide 2 extra rooms and a bathroom. There are two cisterns for the water (1 internal and 1 external).
