This trullo is situated on the top of a small hill in Martina Franca’s territory in Contrada Capo di Gallo, in an attractive rural area, in a quiet location near to the “Bosco Selva” woods. The property is approximately 2 Km. from Alberobello and 10 Km. from Martina Franca and it is easily reachable by a secondary road and a white road from both villages. The property enjoys panoramic views and is in need of total renovation. The structure of the trullo is entirely made of stone and it is built according to the local tradition. The building consists of a main large room roofed with 1 cone and a second vaulted room not yet connected to the main building . The original fire place is still present. It is possible to build an extension of 25 sqm (or larger), which can provide 2 extra rooms and a bathroom. There are two cisterns for the water (1 internal and 1 external). The electricity is not yet connected. The garden consists of about 6000 sqm of land with mature trees (mainly oak and olive).
