Fruit trees, towels and linen included, TV/Video/DVD, garden furniture, including swinging 3 seater hammock, laundry, a lounge with a sofa and plenty of books, videos and games. Baby-sitting (experienced grandmother!), snacks, meals, shopping, etc, etc. Gill can even act as tour guide if required.

Villa Noci or the Nut-House is open from the 2006 season and ready to welcome you ... Arrangements are flexible - either B&B , or self-catering whichever suits you best. The apartment which is very spacious, sleeps four to six (double bed settee in lounge) and is child and baby-friendly with travel cot, high chair, available. If you require extra accommodation, an extra room (or two) can be made available. Gill, the owner, wants you to feel at home and to ensure that your holiday is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible and is there to call on - everything's possible by arrangement. A hire car is recommended, although there is public transport - bus to Fasano and good train service from there to Lecce and north to Bari. Both Brindisi and Bari airports are within approximately one hour's drive via the motorway (access 10 mins away). The accommodation includes a spacious, airy lounge with a sofa, a large well equipped kitchen, a newly furnished double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and laundry, and plenty of books, videos and games. Selva di Fasano is one of the most prestigious and sought after areas in Puglia, a venue of repute which boasts a summer full of events and local culture. The village of Selva offers many facilities including bars, shops, a number of excellent and diverse restaurants, a post office, community centre and a tennis club where you will be welcome to play for a small fee, all within a few minutes walk from the Villa.
