Set in the delightful Murge Orientalis, Trulli di vista della vigna is 1,5 km from the Hamlet of Carpari, 5 km from Martina Franca and 12 from Alberobello. The property has a panoramic view over the undulating pasture and vines. It is ideally suited to a couple with perhaps one child and/or baby, wanting a quiet retreat, only twenty minutes or so by car to the sea. The accommodation comprises French doors leading into a living room, with sofa and chairs, a delightful chariot wheel light, which hangs in the centre of the main trullo and a wood burning stove. The dining ‘alcova’ has table, chairs and a wooden high chair. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven and grill and a washing machine and other electric appliances. There is a gas fired boiler for hot water (solar heated in summer). There are also central heating radiators for winter use and all the wooden shuttered windows and doors are double glazed and are protected by sliding bug screens. Leading from the kitchen is a tunnel to the double bedroom (also with folding bed). There is an original fire place and French doors. Adjacent is the modern shower room. Outside there is a low – walled terrace, with paths leading to a garden in front.
