tours of Alberobello and its historical trulli
area.
The guided tour will lead you to the "Trullo Sovrano",
the "aia piccola" and other famous lanes in oldest
parts of Alberobello, providing you with unique
insights into the trullo, including history, cultural
background and architectural features. This is
also an opportunity for you to view a variety
of properties and to experience for yourself the
potential for living in these beautiful buildings.
The day will continue in the countryside where
you will be able to see the oldest trulli, some
of them more than 300 years old and still retaining
their original characteristics.
You will be able to understand
the function of every part of the building and
the cultural background that has kept the trulli
almost unchanged throughout the last three centuries.
