though we love southern Italy and delight in the
wonderful "trulli" - there's no
way we would have gone ahead to buy and renovate
one without the back up of Trullishire. There's
been too many TV programmes demonstrating
the potential pitfalls and traumas. Although I
do speak some Italian and we have Italian relatives
in other parts of the country, we could not
have faced trying to work out all the necessary
processes and bureaucracy - far less dealing with

with the seller, solicitors, banks,
town authorities, area authorities, planners, builders,

They did some of the preparatory work and
Lucia (a qualified architect) helped us resolve
our renovation and extension plans and is now
