Trullishire
Ltd is made up of a small, friendly team based
in the heart of the picturesque rural area of Puglia
where most Trulli are located.
The company started in the
year 2003, when Lucia,
Michael
and Malcolm
arrived in Italy to restore their own trulli and
started at the same time to help English friends
to unravel and deal with the different and quite
complicated Italian system. Bill and Christine
followed a few months after, during the renovation
of their own trullo in Monopoli.
Trullishire is headed by architect
Lucia
who will act as your project manager throughout
the purchase process, followed up by any
renovation and maintenance work that your trullo
may require. She is ably assisted by Michael
and Malcolm,
who also have years of experience in restoring
and renovating
older, often quirky properties. They in turn can
call on a dedicated team of specialist builders,
electricians, plumbers etc, including Vito, Martino,
Oronzo, Peppino and Angelo.
Further admin assistance is
provided, mostly from the UK end, by young retirees
Bill & Christine, who have naval / aviation
and teaching / botanical backgrounds respectively.
